Jeetwin Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account at Jeetwin (jeet-win.ink), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Jeetwin is operated by Sky Infotech Limited under Curacao eGaming License No. 8048/JAZ.

2. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years of age or older to register.
• One account per person. Multi-accounting is prohibited.
• You must provide accurate personal information during registration.
• Players from restricted jurisdictions may not register. Check the restricted countries list before signing up.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All transactions and bets placed from your account are your responsibility.
• Jeetwin reserves the right to suspend or close accounts suspected of fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

• Minimum deposit: ₹300 (UPI, Paytm, PhonePe). Minimum withdrawal: ₹1,000.
• All deposits and withdrawals are subject to KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.
• Closed-loop policy: withdrawals must be processed via the same method used for deposit.
• Jeetwin charges zero commission on all transactions. Network fees for crypto are charged by the blockchain.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–24 hours depending on the method and KYC status.

5. Bonus Terms

• Welcome bonus: 100% up to ₹20,000 + 50 FS. Wagering: x25 bonus amount within 30 days.
• Only one bonus active per account at any time.
• Withdrawal request with active unwagered bonus cancels the bonus and bonus-derived winnings.
• Maximum bet while wagering a bonus: ₹500 per round.
• Game contributions: Slots 100%, Crash Games 100%, RNG Table Games 20%, Live Casino 10%.
• Jeetwin reserves the right to modify bonus terms at any time. Current terms apply at the time of bonus activation.

6. Betting Rules

• All bets are final once confirmed.
• In case of technical errors (server disconnection, software malfunction), Jeetwin reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per day — check specific game rules for current limits.
• Sports bet settlement follows the official result published by the governing body of the sport.

7. Responsible Gaming

• Jeetwin supports responsible gaming. Deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion are available in account settings.
• Self-exclusion periods: 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or permanent.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content, design, and software on jeet-win.ink is the property of Sky Infotech Limited or its licensors.
• Reproduction, distribution, or modification without written consent is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Jeetwin is not liable for losses resulting from user error, internet connectivity issues, or third-party service interruptions.
• Maximum liability is limited to the user's account balance at the time of the incident.

10. Dispute Resolution

• Disputes should first be directed to Jeetwin customer support (support@jeet-win.ink).
• If unresolved, disputes may be escalated to the Curacao eGaming Authority licensing body.
• The laws of Curacao govern these Terms & Conditions.

11. Amendments

• Jeetwin reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
• Users will be notified of material changes via email or in-app notification.
• Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
